Smells divine but horrible residue

I got this for a review. It came in the same pack as a seven day supply of the Bee Lab Shot, although the youth watery oil serum lasts a lot longer. While the "shot" needed to be dissolved by the serum, the serum could be used on its own morning and night, which is how I used it. I loved the smell and the packaging - looks very luxurious and smells divine. It goes on silky smooth but then leaves a horrible sticky residue that I don't like. At night it's OK but during the day it's not a great base for applying makeup or other products. I'm not sure it made a huge difference either apart from adding extra moisture. My skin is less flaky and softer but the fine lines are still there.

Good serum

Really nice serum that combines with the bee shot. It leaves a slight tackiness to the skin but nothing too sticky. I prefer my skincare to be without fragrance but this wasn't too overwhelming & the scent was pleasant. Love the beautiful packaging as well. I really like this in combination with the bee shot vitamin C, but not sure it's worth it on its own.

Only Skin Product I Need

This is the best serum I’ve ever used. My skin is silk from this product. I will not use any other serum.

This product has been ruined. What was once what I called my “ holy grail product “ has changed completely. I used to love this youth oil because it kept my skin fully moisturized for 24 hours. I am 60 like this is very difficult to find. I reordered online and to my dismay, this new interpretation that you have soent YEARS working on is a Total Fail. It managed to deeply dry out my skin in just 2 hours! I can’t understand why a product si successful would be reinvented rather than just creating an alternative product. Big Mistake Guerlain. I have been a loyal customer for Years between one product or another. I am a young 59 and I have moved on to Cle de Peau. They don’t test on animals either ( like Guerlain does).

A real touch of luxury in my routine

I received this Guerlain product for free in exchange for my honest review, and I have to say that I have really fallen for it. From the moment you open the bottle, you get that proper high end scent that feels so elegant. It has that soft, delicate fragrance that makes you look forward to applying it, and the scent really lasts. I have been using it for some time now and I have tried it in two different ways. First, on clean skin before bed after removing my makeup. This is my favourite way to use it. The texture is very light and almost water like, and it glides on so easily. At first it feels a bit sticky while it settles, but by the time I wake up my skin feels smooth, hydrated and properly refreshed, as if it has drunk everything in overnight. That next morning feeling is honestly lovely. I have also used it under my makeup and it worked really well. My makeup applied more evenly and I noticed that it kept a soft glow throughout the day without feeling greasy. I was worried it might make my skin oily because I can get shiny quite fast, but it does not. It stays light and comfortable, which surprised me in the best way. One thing I love is how little product you need. A small amount covers my whole face, so I can tell the bottle will last for ages. It gives you that feeling of proper luxury each time you use it which makes it feel special in my routine. Overall it feels like a real treat for my skin and i recommend it. I have enjoyed it every night and I already know I will repurchase it when it runs out because it has fitted into my routine so naturally. It smells beautiful, it feels silky, and it leaves my skin looking rested and bright.

A serum above all serums

What can I say about Guerlain quality that hasn’t already been said? This lovely serum is one of the best I have ever put on my skin. The silky texture and hydration provided is top notch. Perfect for that step right before you apply your daily moisturizer and sunscreen. If you can afford this serum, I recommend you buy it and see for yourself. Is it a facelift in a bottle? No of course not, but it is a step in the right direction. Highly recommend this product.
