La Riserva smells different

I love the basic Arancia di Capri scent in the shower gel, soap, body lotion and eau de toilette. To achieve eau de parfum la riserva intenso, it seems like the scent is altered to be more 'powdery', that's the best way I can describe it. It definitely stays on longer, but it's different. I've been spraying the eau de toilette over it to regain some more of that citrusy scent.
