Shirt feels like a beach rash guard.

The shirt was too small for my liking and typically get my normal size of med or sometimes size down to a small and the small was very tight. Typically i can tell when i need to size down but i knew the medium wasn’t going to make a difference. Only would recommend if you like thick slim fitting “workout” clothes. If you prefer thinner clothing would not recommend

Needs Improvement

I ordered two of these compressions shirts in white. I went ahead and size up based on others' reviews. Despite ordering XL, I still felt the shirts could have been better. They are hard to put on for sure. They did not offer much compression feeling after being put on. I can't comment on duration or feeling after a workout since I only tried them on and decided to return them.
