Cheap Material and vendor will not respond

I bought a bra and nightie from Adore Me/Macys and material is cheap and scratchy. I have requested to return the items five times and each time the company responds but does not send me a return label. I went to Macy's and they wouldn't process the return and assured me Adore Me would send a return label. I have been unable to return the items and get my money back.
