Online availability was not accurate.
I needed this quickly for my bridal shower. The website allowed me to place an order showing available, but I received an email later saying it was out of stock. I spoke with Macy's customer service afterwards and was told there were 9 available at their Indiana store. I live in GA so I asked if it could be shipped from that store in IN and was told yes. However, I received another email in a day or 2 saying it was out of stock again. I ended up having to purchase a similar one from Dillard's for my event.
Arrived damaged; poor customer service
The quality was very good except for the jeweled piece, which was missing some of the sewn-on beads. I tried to exchange it in the store. They refused to order a replacement. They told me I could do it myself, online, but at the full price, not the sale price I had paid when I ordered it. Sales associate and manager were rude. I left and found a replacement elsewhere.
