Beautiful Dress but Too Long

This is an absolutely beautiful dress and I wanted to keep it and would give it 5 stars but it was too long on me. I am 5'4" and ordered my usual size 12. It fit perfectly except for the length which because of the detail at the bottom would be impossible to shorten. According to the length of the dress given in the details it should have been about the same as my other dresses but it was not.

Pink dress

Dress is too narrow in the hips.
