Runs smaller

My shoe size is 5.5 or 6, the last pair of shoes I bought were 6 and all of them ran a little big bigger, I have to use insoles, I decided to buy this ones in 5.5 and were too tight, I can't use them with socks too tight. The heel is too narrow so I think they're not stable to walk. The blue color is a little dull, not a navy blue
