The wedge on the black is brown and black striped!

I can’t stand how so many black wedge dress shoes have a different color on the wedge - to me it just doesn’t look dressy and I hate it. I was so excited about these because from the photos on the Macy’s site – especially when viewed small on my phone - wedge on the shoe was black. Perfect! However, when I received them today, I instantly saw that no it’s not – it’s brown and black striped. It’s not super obvious in indoor light, but the second you step outside IT’S INCREDIBLY OBVIOUS. I hate it, and I’m returning them. If you’re not as picky as I am, you might not mind – they are comfortable enough and fit true to size.

Elegant and comfy

This is an elegant shoe that doesn’t compromise comfort. Very versatile - can be dressed up or down. I was torn between the black or eggnog. Got the black because it was on sale and I wasn’t disappointed.
