HELP

it stopped working

Gives out good scents but…

I bought this a couple months ago there’s no complaints at night it’s a really pretty night light. Kind of confused it says up to eight hours but it turns off within an hour. I am just wondering what the green light and red light is for just so I know how to set it so it sprays for eight hours.

I just bought my diffuser, is it supposed to pause while it’s running? For like 10 seconds it pauses and the water stops vibrating then goes again.

It´s a very good product and I like it so much, but i lost the top of the jar that is inside, and the water goes everywere. Do you know where I can find that item?

Had the unit for two months and everything was terrific until the other day. the led light stopped working. the diffuser works fine and I enjoy it. trying to contact manufacture for solution.

only worked for 9 to 10 times. It stops working in a few minutes of starting a new cycle. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Got this as a gift and was not expecting to fall in love with it. I diffuse something every single night and keep it at my bedside. I love it. It’s not only pretty and chic, but diffuses wonderfully.

I’ve only been using it for a week, but I’m really enjoying it. Very sleek and suits my home decor. I use it in my kitchen and it doesn’t really travel much through the house, so depending, you might want a larger one to reach most rooms in the house.
