These are wonderful pants that look and feel great. On my 5’4” 140 body they were just a little too big so I went a size smaller

Frustrated and Disappointed!!!

Disappointing does not begin to describe my experience with the multiple purchases made for this item. I wanted size XS, but Macy’s continually sent me size XXS in XS packaging. How hard is it for someone to actually take the time to check these items before packing them to be shipped out? Even customer representatives on the phone weren’t any help. Such a shame!!
