Lovely Top

This top is a little darker than the picture. It is more a deep sapphire blue. I just love the puff sleeves. They take this sweater to a whole different level of beauty. The sizing is a true PS. For reference, I am 5' & 106lbs. I am small framed. Sleeve length is perfect and so are the shoulders. I do not think PS will work if you are large chested. The fabric is nice also.
