Not a blouse

Just a FYI- This is a really nice jacket, but it is not a blouse! The white piece shown in the picture is NOT included. Bought with pants for granddaughter’s upcoming wedding. The fabric covered buttons are able to be unbuttoned as to not pull the garment over your head. The embellishment is perfect.
