Velvet Embellished Top

The Velvet Embellished Top by Alex Evenings is just that a true piece of evening ware. I tried to return the top but was told the normal return period did not apply to special occasion item. I do have a velvet skirt and together they look nice. Oh well the holidays are coming up soon.
