I've never had any problems with online purchases from Macy's before, but unfortunately, with this last order, I've had two consecutive issues with the same product. The website listed a size S belt as 30-32, so I ordered it, but I received a size S 28-30. I contacted customer service to return it and request a replacement in the correct size, but to my surprise, they sent me the same belt in size S 28-30 again, even though I had specifically emphasized to the representative that I needed a 30-32. I think they should look into this problem to prevent other customers from experiencing these kinds of inconveniences.
