DONT WASTE YOUR $$ ARMS SHRINK & IRONS POORLY!
I wear size 19- 34/35 all the time so I ordered these in my size.When I got them I tried them on they fit nicely, so I washed and air dried them on hangers before wearing.Well these shirts are terrible to iron and as soon as u go to move them to continue ironing they wrinkle. When I put the shirt on after finally getting it somewhat ironed & less wrinkled the arms SHRUNK a good 1 and a half to 2 inches, not in just one shirt but all 4. I attempted to return them at the Palm Beach Gardens store in Palm Beach Gardens, Fl. BUT the store associate refused to return them stating store policy all returns have to be in new unworn condition with tags attached. I explained 3 out of the 4 are new unworn, just all were laundered because I dont wear anything new unless its laundered first. I asked for department manager and was told she had left for the day and was off for next 2 days. Poor customer service was recieved at this terrible location. One very unhappy Macys customer.
