Great conditioner

I really love this conditioner. It leaves my frizzy, dry hair noticeably softer. I also love the scent because it leaves my hair smelling nice. It’s a light scent and works well on color treated hair, I definitely recommend. I’m hooked!

Great product, horrible container

As a 60 yr old with thinning hair, this conditioner is wonderful, leaves my hair so soft. But the bottle is terrible, it is too hard to squeez esp with wet hands in the shower. I finally pulled the cap off and got the conditioner into an easier to dispense travel container. Please find another softer plastic for the bottle.

Fab Conditioner!

Thank you for this wonderful product which has given new life to my long, formerly dry hair! It's also subject to static electricity so this was very helpful for that. After trying so many products and spending so much money it has been so nice to find one that actually helps so well. Just one thing, though --sorry but I do not care for its fragrance!

Must have changed!

I have used this specific shampoo and conditioner for 3+ years. It always keyed into my hair and made it so soft and full and so beautiful. When I reordered it months back it was different. It’s thin and watery and made my hair feel horribly tangled and dry. I moved away and decided to try it again to see if it was a bad batch. Well, this time was the same. Just used it again this week (a new Ulta order) and it’s terrible. Why change something that was once spectacular? This is why people lose business. Could not just leave it be and be successful. You have now lost a long time client- and I can prove it with pics and receipts over the years.

Expensive, but worth it!

I love this conditioner! It is a splurge, but it works so well on my dry and color treated hair, I have to get it!

Shampoo & Conditioner packaging

I love all Alterna products and have been using many of them for many years. I have recently purchased the Shampoo & Conditioner and am so disappointed with the packaging/containers that i dont think I'll ever purchase it again. Is it just me? I can not get the product out of the bottle without just about giving myself a hernia! its ridiculous! If I hadn't spent so much money purchasing these products I would definitely have thrown them out.
