Overall good but will need to see going forward

Easier to clean than I thought it was going to be due to all of the ridges on it, but I am concerned about the shiny coating on it. How long will this last on it before it starts to come off. As far as cooking goes, it seemed to heat up quickly and the heat distribution seemed to be even throughout the pan. Overall a good pan, I just have a few concerns with it going forward.

Heavy Duty Pan

This pan is heavy duty. It’s super quality and I’m really excited I got one. The versatility and low maintenance is absolutely a plus for me. Very easy to clean and it distributes just the right amount of heat. I highly recommend this pan. I’m so in love with it.

Grilling without the outside

It's not the easiest to clean, but thats my only negative. It looks well, and I like being able to "grill" in the house instead of out in that heat. It seems pretty tough and does well to cook food evenly.

Cast iron with grill marks and eat cleanup, can’t beat that

The Alva Nori grilling pan is a must have in the kitchen. You get the best of both worlds with a cast iron pan and ridges to give you that grill like char marks. The skillet works with gas, electric, and induction appliances and with a semi non stick coating it makes cleaning the Alva grilling pan a breeze to wash. From cooking steaks to hamburgers to pork chops the pan does it all. I love using my Alva grilling pan

Love it!

A beautiful, heavy grill pan. Not very big so you can’t cook too much at one time. I like to grill veggies in this pan as well as sear meats. Easy to wash and store. 10/10! Thank you for sending this to me.

Cast Iron Cooking At It's Best!

I had forgotten how great cast iron cooking is! I've only used it for grilling steaks & chicken so far. This griddle has two handles and raised ridges to keep the meat off the bottom of the pan to avoid sticking. Easy cleanup. Best of all, there's a 25 year warranty. Highly recommend.
