American Atelier Hammered Charger Plates

I ordered a set of 12 and they arrived damaged. The outside box was fine but the inside box with the plates had been thrown around. One was totally broken and another badly scratched. Upon inspection they are very cheaply made and not worthy of Macy’s. I am being sent a replacement but would not buy again!

Charger plates

I ordered on line a quantity of 1 12 piece charger set. When the item was delivered, there was only 1 charger plate. I believe the person who packed the item saw quantity 1 so I was given 1 plate. I returned the single charger plate. Unfortunately I didn’t think this could happen again so I reordered and and I only received 1 plate. Shame on Macys!!
