Nice necklace, poorly packaged

The necklace is very nice. A great balance of interesting but still subtle. It arrived loose in a box, though! I spent over a half hour trying to detangle the chain and was finally successful. I thought I was going to have to return it. I bought a cheaper necklace elsewhere that was well packaged -- attached to a bookmark with a padded envelope inside a box. This was just loose in a box big enough to hold a book. The chain isn't sturdy enough to handle that.

Love this!

The silver part looks very shiny and it looks more than its price! The charm is not too light not too heavy and it stays down in a good way! When you want to wear something that has silver and gold mixed, this is the one!
