Macys systems and customer doing their job

Shipping was delayed - and I paid for expedited shipping- in order to get a refund I have to call and ask.. The price had been reduced- I have to call and ask.. Macys SHOULD be pro active in these situations- customers shouldn’t have to do the work.. Fix the system so it automatically updates and refunds …
