THANK GOD FOR BUBBLE WRAP!

I had bought this for a Christmas gift for my mother in law, when I received it, there was a massive hole in the box and part of the glass was literally sticking right up out of it. Thank god for the amount of bubble wrap that it had because had it not been for that, it would've been shattered during shipping. But now instead of wrapping it in the box it came in, I now have to unpack it and neatly pack it in another box just to be able to do so.

Defective Glass Cake Stand Lid

I was really excited to receive this glass cake stand because the design is beautiful and the base is very sturdy. However, the lid unfortunately arrived with a noticeable defect. The glass knob on top has an internal crack/bubble where the handle meets the lid, and it looks like a manufacturing flaw. You can clearly see the irregularity inside the glass, and it makes the lid look damaged even though the outer surface is smooth. For a product that is meant to be displayed, this defect is very disappointing. The stand itself is lovely, but the lid does not meet the expected quality. I would appreciate a replacement lid or a full replacement of the set.
