terrible products at Macy's

for the first 18 years of my life every stitch on my body came from Macy's. We lived in NYC. Now the products you are offering are cheap and useless I still have some of the original clothing that wsa purchased in the 1950's and it is still wearable. The stuff you offer now would not last a year. We do not chop at Macy's any longer.

Can’t review what I don’t have

Ordered on the 12th of December, still have not received it yet. Called customer service, oh it’s on its way they said, yep STILL NOT HERE. Totally understand about holidays and slow mail. But it came from southern Arizona, to New Jersey…will it make it back to AZ where I live??
