Arrived Damage

Arrived Damaged - gold piece in the back was black and tarnished looking so I had to return them. When Asked if I could exchange them for another pair they said no bc they don't have the shoe anymore. Very disappointing.

Beautiful and stylish booties. Can't wait to wear them. Wear an size 8 in boots ordered an 8. They fit perfectly. I have a wide foot and the fit is a bit snug in the toe, but hoping that works itself out after a couple wears.
