Unresolved Refund for Lost UPS Shipment

I am writing to formally express my frustration regarding an online order that was lost by UPS and the way Macy’s has handled the refund process. I have now been waiting over two weeks for an item that never arrived. UPS tracking shows the package sat in Atlanta for seven days with no further scans, and UPS confirmed the issue by providing a case number, which I shared with Macy’s. Despite this, I was informed that I would not receive any email confirmation acknowledging my refund until January 2, 2026. This delay is unreasonable, especially given that Macy’s own investigation verified the shipment is lost and involves a third-party carrier. What is most frustrating is the lack of timely communication and accountability. Even with clear tracking evidence and a UPS case number, I was unable to obtain a ref und confirmation or written acknowledgment that the issue is being resolved. I will never shop at Macy's again!

Disappointed

Runs very short in front and back. Would need a cami to avoid exposed skin. Fabric thin and color is dull. Returning.
