Wearing a piece of artwork.

This is beautiful, I am wearing as a jacket with a blue top under it over a eyelet skirt. Will also wear as a top over cobalt pants. It is like wearing a piece of artwork. The color is so vibrant and it fits well. I am petite so it comes down to the top of hips.
