Terrible-Security Tag Not Removed

I am extremely upset and disappointed. I purchased this coat specifically for Chinese New Year, and when I finally tried to wear it yesterday, I discovered that the security tag was still attached. I paid for this item in full, and it is unacceptable that such a basic step was missed. Because of this mistake, I was unable to wear the coat as planned, which completely ruined the occasion for me.

Beautiful coat

I bought the dark plumb color and it’s absolutely beautiful. It’s thick, warm and very well made. This is my second Anne Klein wool coat but won’t be my last.

Beautiful Coat

I bought the brown and blue coat they are beautiful. Colors are vibrant and as pictured. This brand does run a little big. I ordered a XS and XXS. They both fit me perfectly. So I kept them both. The size was not much different in each coat. I normally wear a small.
