DO NOT BUY FROM MACYS

These pants were too long. Returns with Macys are a complete joke! They set up the return but never issue the refund. I've been trying to get a refund for merchandise returned November 27; they keep saying wait another 7-10 days! Terrible customer service agents who won't do their job until you threaten to contact your credit card company. This is not a one-off, this has happened with each and every return to Macy's. Find another retailer!!

Nice pants

The pant itself was nice. I give 4 stars for quality and design. But sizing seemed off as they were way too big. I ordered my normal size of L. I guess a medium would be better but I didn't want to chance it so returned them.
