Black Velvet Skirt

I liked the quality of the skirt. However, the waistline was too large as I’ve lost weight. So I have to return it. The length is also nice, but the skirt is not a fit for me.

This is a great quality skirt that is great to wear dressy or not. That makes it practical. I love the modest length and the flat waistband ( no bulky gathered elastic to add bulk). Highly recommend
