Klunky & not good material.

Shoe material was off. Not leather, almost sticky. The heel kept falling off. This was my normal size but I would have needed to go down a size in order for them to stay on my feet. Very klunky.

Poor

I ordered these pair of shoes and never got it. I call and I told the customer Service. They told me that we’re going to investigate. They never call me back or return my money or send me a new pair. so disappointed. I haven’t bought anything else at Macy’s.
