Best Non Stick Pan EVER

I bought this pan for a specific recipe - Fudge! It worked perfectly. I greased the pan and when the fudge had cooled, I was able to turn the pan upside down and have the fudge come out perfectly. This made it easier to cut. I love this pan!

Beautiful, but scratches easily...

Anolon is deceiving. The bakeware can easily be scratched with the type of nonstick coating it has on it.

not the best pan; cooks super hot and burns the food; I would not buy this again. Buy a stone pan; they cook more evenly

This is a great 9" cake pan with a good weight and nice non-slip grip handles.
