Great pan but....

I really like the fact that I can use one pan for two different items I am cooking and I only have to wash one pan instead of two! That is the main reason I bought it! That was a brilliant idea of Anolon. It has good weight, doesn't stick, super easy to clean! Down side is that according to the instructions that comes with it (but no one bothers to read), you are not supposed to put this pan in the dishwasher so that is a bummer for me because I don't like washing any dish or pan even if it's super to easy to wash like this pan, but I do intend to follow the company's instructions and I just wanted to put you on notice about this if you buy this cookware brand. In fact, the instruction also say this on my AllClad, Heckler and Viking anodized cookware so please be aware of this if you want your cookware to last a long time.

Love it !

Very efficient pan. Definitely non stick. Durable in the dishwasher. It’s very convenient and time saving when making eggs on one side and meat on the other. I love it !!!

Dual use pan

This pan has become my "go-to" breakfast pan. It has the same non-stick finish as all of the Anolon I own and with the combination griddle and pan, you can fix 2 breakfasts at the same time. It is also great to use to cook dinner for two. The griddle can sear fish and the pan can cook vegetables at the same time. Definitely a winner !!!
