Analon Novella Stainless Steel cookware

Would like to return the set. These are the worst frying pans I have ever used. Followed all directions and everything stuck to the frying pans. I boxed up the set and bought the Analon achieve nonstick 10 piece cookware. Absolutely love them. I would like to know how to return the stainless steel set. Thank you, Kathy Clements

Great pans, don’t work well with my glass top electric stove

The construction and finish on this cookware are impressive—definitely feels like high-end quality for the price. However, I’ve run into some issues using them on my glass-top electric stove (non-induction). The pots are designed with a tapered shape—wide at the top and narrow at the base—so the portion that actually contacts the burner is smaller than expected. Because of this, I have to use the smaller burners to avoid too much burner surface being exposed, which significantly slows down heating. Steaming vegetables recently took much longer than usual. While these might work great on other types of stoves, they’re not the best fit for my setup.

Fit & Finish

I Love everything about these pans Except, The finish in the interior of the pan wall is very thin. The lower construction of the pan's are good and solid but then you used a single wall construction on the sides, and the burn easier, and are subject to getting dented and scratched easier as well. The Lid's are the best I've ever seen/used. They have a solid construction, and great raised dome design, and handle design is great for keeping the handle cooler. I'm going to keep the set as back up, but as a Retired 40 year Chef, This is my best opinion.
