Not great soap.

Love their grapefruit soap but this was not a good scent. And I like most charcoal soaps. This reminded me of Patchouli mixed with other strange ingredients. Sent it back without unwrapping as I could smell it through the plastic wrap.

Doesn’t get soapy enough and the smell is underwhelming. The grapefruit scent is much better.

Never received it. Macy’s made no attempt to try to send out another one or contact shipment warehouse to determine its whereabouts. Yes, Macy’s refunded me my money.

Great soap!

Such a wonderful scent. It lathers up nicely, and is easy to wash off. My skin feels smoother, and smells great after use. This is my second bar of this soap, and will keep purchasing in the future!
