Love the product, Hate the pump

I really like how this conditioner leaves my hair….soft, silky, shiny and very manageable. But egads! I hate the pump it comes in. This conditioner is far too thick to work well with this pump. It's like trying to push peanut butter through a straw. I ended up having to pour some of it into a soft easy squeeze type travel bottle to use with any ease. Great conditIoner, extremely difficult way to use it.

Love the product, hate the new packaging.

I love this product and have used it for many years. However, the new packaging really doesn't work for this thick conditioner. It's such a heavy conditioner (which is what makes it great!) that it's easier for the pump to draw air, then to actually pump product. Please consider putting this one conditioner back into a tube or jar like it used to be.

I Have Bought This Product Many Times

I have thin, fine, curly hair that breaks easily. This conditioner helps keep my hair more elastic, smooth without weighing it down and all with far less breakage.

Wow

My partners mom recently bought this line and I thought it was just another expensive hair care brand but boy was I wrong. After just one use of the shampoo and conditioner my hair feels amazing, more than manageable, and super shiny which is amazing considering my hair is so chemically damaged. My scalp feels clean and my hair feels hydrated! However I have noticed that my hair became a bit greasy more quickly than with other hair care lines although I'm not entirely used to my hair being so silky and sleek lol I would definitely recommend this line!!
