Acqua di Gio is still the king of aquatics.

The original is still one of the best marine/ozone sea notes to date. Mine bottle is still agreat performer all around. I don't notice much of the other notes except for in the begining and the very far drydown. On my skin, calone will overtake the composition, and with the OG GIO, there's no exception. That's why Acqua di Gio couldn't be a signature scent for me. I do own di Gio and I enjoy wearing it in the warmer months and on special occasions. Do yourself a favor. Acqua di Gio still projects very well, so don't put 4 or 5 sprays around your neck. You'll go nose blind, Don't read and believe all the reviews about performance, and certainly don't listen to reviewers who tell you to put 10 to 15 sprays on. There are other people in the room. You bought a fragrance to possibly attract people, not repel.
