Carton of parfum ripped open

I recieved one of my parfum bix ripped. It It was supposed to be a gift and I dont know how I could give it as a gift when the parfum it’s in looked like its been ripped open. Very poor packaging . Why would you still include it in the package. when it looked like that? Seriously?!
