Poor Screws

One full day out of the box and I noticed a screw holding a lens in either fell out or was never there at all. I didn't even notice until the start of Day 2 with these, so I'm thinking its the latter as I would have probably noticed a screw popping out.

Poor quality

I have been a customer for long time and have never had any issues until 2 years ago. My glasses were redone 5 times last year. I was thinking to go to a different store but decided to give them another chance. What a mistake. When I went to pick up my glasses I had exactly the same issue as last year. So my glasses has to be redone. Also, had no notification that my glasses are ready, as I was told. Still waiting for notification almost months later. I bet they are ready, but I feel like that is going to be another fiasco...

Look and feel great

Bought these last month. Changed from wire frames which always seemed to be loose or lens popping out. So far these are the most comfortable I've owned.

Keeps going out of adjustment

I paid a lot money for these classes and they keep sliding and tilting on my face. I have been back to have them adjusted and that did not last very long. I guess I will have to go back on a regular basis to have them adjusted.
