Great Purchase

Rice cooker is very easy to use and produces a great result with minimal effort. There is a vent hole at the top and water will spew out of it, I just toss a thin dish towel on top when I push the button and there's no mess. Dishwasher safe lid and stainless steel insert.

Stainless Steel Rice cooker

The bowl does not seem to be stainless steel, and upper layer of the bowl is peeling off like a ceramic coating.

Definitely no good

Arrived damaged and it has a warning about reproductive harm and may cause cancer. You have to really read labels now a days.

Easy Use :)

Just started my last semester of college and this is the best way to cook rice I've tried. It's fast, portable, and stupid proof in my opinion. At least I tend to have a hard time knowing when rice is done even when I follow directions exactly; I always burn it somehow. I've tried this and a pressure cooker, as well as on the stove of course. While all of these work, this is far less scary to use and harder to screw up comparatively
