Stop working

I was so excited when it first arrived! It looked just like the picture, but after only two or three uses, it suddenly stopped working.

Great

performs as described. great for soft foods such as soups and sauces. this can even be used to smooth room temperature fruits which have been chopped prior to using blender. this immersing blender will make your sauces and drinks lump free, but don't over-work the blender. it's great on veggies, too. soften, cook, chop or steam your veggies, first. then for silky-smooth soups and sauces, use this incredible blender right in the pot. you'll create the most delicious, creamy, rich, tasty soups and sauces.

Really disappointed with the product quality.

It doesn’t work. I wish I had read your reviews before buying, as I wouldn’t have spent money on something that was broken before I even used it. I’m really disappointed with the resolution and handling from Macy’s customer service.
