Received item shattered

This item is a glass product that came shattered! Because it was on discount it stated it could not be returned. It’s not right because one of the four items came shattered! I would like my money back.

Broken in box

I received my order today and without even opening the box I could hear broken glass. I ordered 2 sets of glass canisters (4 in a set). When I opened the outside box- there were two glass jars outside of manufacturer box. The second box I didn’t even open because it sounded like the canisters were broken to pieces. Very disappointing. I would appreciate a replacement. I bought this as a final sale.

Damaged

Received item and when I picked the package up from my porch it was rattling. 2 of the containers were broken 3rd item this week Received broke, used , and /or an empty bottle. Macys has went downhill with taking care of their merchandise and how it is sent to their customers
