Item Used and Pieces Missing

I ordered this item during one of the sales. It was supposed to be ready for pickup in 2 days. It ended up taking several weeks. During this waiting period I logged on several times to check on my order and one day a notice appeared that the item was non-refundable. This sparked my curiosity but I let it go, as I didn't plan on returning it. Today I opened the item and it appears to be used. Again, I was like, that's okay maybe it was a display set. But then I could not find the pillowcases. It was advertised as 8 pieces but I only received 6. The sheets look used and the shams are dirty. Usually sheets come in their own plastic wrapper, but these were just stuffed inside the comforter. If you are selling a used set it should be advertised as used, so I at least have an option. It has been a few years since I have ordered from Macy's and this experience has not been one that is consistent with their name or their "brand". Disappointed.

Do Not Buy

I bought this 8pc comforter set after Christmas on sale and even at that price you except it do be the same quality as if you had bought it for regular price....OH NO! everyone has gotten so crazy with vacuum packing everything that you don't even know what you are getting so the wrinkles are all set in and you can't even get them out but thing that upset me the most is the the flat and fitted sheet have thread pulls throughout. Such a waste of money and I will not shop at Macy's again!!!!

Just Don’t

I bought this quilt on sale at summer with the intent on using it at winter. Looks exactly as picture BUT the cal king runs short. The bed skirt is so cheap looking I just threw that in the goodwill bag. The sheets a low thread count but they do feel cool. What I hate is the sound of the quilt. Never have experienced loud fabric. It’s like sleeping with potato chips, crunchy with every movement. Looks nice on the bed tho

Very disappointed

Comforter bed skirt sheets and pillow cases are made of very cheap materials/ fabric. Please save your money. Not quantity Not good. Very disappointed Macy even sell such “ cheap” made products I’ll continue to shop at Pottery Barns
