Pretty dress

I got the dress for my best friends’s birthday parties and I was disappointed that the sizing seems off. I’ve bought many of dresses before from this brand and never had issues but it seems like some other newer stuff are coming too Big and the waist seems to be a little smaller and not enough room in the chest. I’m a 34C and I never had problems before. Also, the cuffs were a little too wide on this dress. Overall the style is gorgeous, but I wish it would fit.
