Disappointing Cowl Neck

The dress was cute. The sequins are evenly distributed and the color is nice; subtle even. However, the neck piece is so long and seemingly stretched out that when put on, it just hangs around the neck without shape, firmness, or anything. Therefore, around the shoulders, you would have just pieces of material that lead to the chest part, which is shapeless (also just hangs). Come to think of it, maybe someone stretched it out and previously returned, and it was resold to me... Not uncommon, I guess. It will be returned.
