What bag?

I was asked by Macys a couple days ago to write a review of this bag - it was ordered on Dec 19 and an email stated it had shipped that same day. It was supposed to be here in time forChristmas. ten days later and I still have not received it and the most recent tracking information says delivery by January 2. If and when it ever arrives it is being returned - won’t matter how nice it is, it will be returned. Regardless of the fact it did not arrive by Christmas, the length of time for it to arrive at all is unacceptable. This is the 3rd time over the past 6 months that length of time to receive a shipment is problematic. Macys needs to get their act together.

Strap frayed

Such a cute and functional bag that fit a lot for it's size. But after using it for the first time, the strap started to fray! I have many Baggallini's and never had an issue with quality. So sad this one didn't work out and had to return :(

Rectangle purses are better.

Too big, don’t like shape. Too wide. straight across zipper with wider opening would have been better.

Super lightweight!

I just bought this purse last week and am delighted with it! It is so lightweight yet roomy enough for all the items I carry from a heavy wallet to my cell phone. The zipper is easy to open and close, I love the gray color, & the hidden phone pocket is a great feature. All in all, this is the perfect purse for me.
