Women in Tech Industry ——- HOLY GRAIL

Working in the tech industry, I find myself working hands on with devices that leave a strain on my hands. Typing on computer for an excess amount of time also leaves me to hide my phone and do everything but have something in my hands let alone participate in exercise and activity that will cause more strain on my back and arms. When I discovered ba/la bars I immediately came to the term user-friendly due to the even weight distribution and its design. Although they look not heavy with the right exercise they become power punches. Love them!

Bala Bars!!

These powerful little bars have been sold out so many times and I finally got them! I got the sparkle grey ones and they are a very pretty addition to any workout. I like using them on the Reformer and will use them to take walks too!

Cute &functional

First off, I love all the colors the Bala Bars come in and the sleek design. I wanted the sand color, but opted for blush, because sand was out of stock and I understand why. The zip up pouch makes carrying them so convenient.
