Wayyy oversized...nice quality

I wanted to love this item, quality is good, and it's nice length for a mini skirt. It does stretch, but this runs large...Im usually a size 10 in skirts and this was more like a 12 or 14 and then theres the stretch, this was not staying on me at all. I'll size down, and recommend to size down. I still recommend to friends for the price and quality. Fit is guessable.
