I tried on the skirt, and it gave everything it needed to give. I scrunched it up a little from the bottom to give it a more bubbled look.

Love it!

Nice skirt. I purchased the Khaki color. I had a seamstress bring in the bottom fluffed part to make it a more fluffed look and at the same time tightening the elastic around the thigh area. I am 4"11 and the initial fitting seemed too long which made it look too large. However the waste line fits perfect.
