    Painful! There is a ridge on the heel of the boot that I assume assists you in taking them off, but it extends into the inside of the boot . It's rubbed my heels raw and I was hoping it would wear off over time , but nope! They are also big and clunky, they are more suited for fishing and swamp like expeditions. And yes I did buy my size, no help.

    My barn boots of 15 years finally got a tear in them . While browsing thought the shoe dept at Macy I found these boots and bought . Olive color is nice Fit is true to size Nice arch in sole area for extra comfort

    Nice boot

    Very attractive and well made boot. Has done well walking the dog on 6 acres. Wet pasture, and today, six inches of snow. We have the Barbour liner which is also nice and well made.
