Incorrect size sent

I ordered 4Fl Oz but I received only 1.78Fl Oz, when I called customer care they agreed that they sent 1.78FL OZ but no one helping to fix the issue, its horrible customer experience to me

RIP OFF Big Time

Rip off big time. I ordered 4 fl Oz size as advertised. and got 1.7 oz size delivered. This is being returned. And my relationship with Nacys is being terminated once I get my refund.
