Stone falls out

I got this ring for my daughter for Christmas and the triangle stone fell out after wearing for only 6 weeks. We can’t find the stone anywhere to even glue back in. Now I am past the return deadline. I saw other reviews saying this happened, but I still gave it a try. Wrong decision for sure.

lost stone after a month of wearing.

the orange sponge fell off after a month. it's a beautiful ring however nit for everyday use.
