Cabin Spinner

Received our lovely luggage promptly, well packaged and intact. The Cabin Spinner is the perfect size to bring our essentials on board with us to keep them close while being able to slip it under the seat ( hopefully) without the overhead bin hassles. This is vital so I'm extremely hopeful . . . . Not traveling for several more months so I'll have to get back to you if I'm thrilled or not.

Great but......

As with all Briggs and Riley luggage the quality is excellent. My only problem with this model is that the front pocket could not accommodate my laptop. It fits inside but it would be much more convenient to have and extra 1\2 in or so to fit in the front pocket.

Great small bag

Love the size for a couple nights or for long trips that you want a small bag in addition to your large bag to keep overnight items, meds and miscellaneous items you use often. The wheels move smoothly in all directions. Love the pockets and the ability to put a water bottle on the side. Definitely recommend.

BEST Travel Companion!!

The perfect size for essentials (plus a few more!) and glides effortlessly through the airport for connecting flights. Stylish and well-designed — this under-seat bag is a MUST! And no more lifting a bag up into the overhead bin (I’m short and not so young)! Thank you Briggs & Riley!

Fabric liner slips into zipper

Decided to try one of their smaller bags because I’ve heard great things about these bags, and we are frequent travelers. I think it it is made with quality materials, but the front pocket on this bag has a propensity for fabric to get stuck in the zipper. Today it took me over an hour to get the fabric out of the zipper and to get the zipper moving again. While I filled out all of the warranty information, this was categorized as user error. I guess in a way it is, but the design makes it very easy for humans to make this error.

Disappointing for Under-seat storage

I specifically purchased this bag to stash under my seat, as it was advertised as fitting there. Lately, it will not fit under any first class seats in just about every model United plane. Turned it sideways either on its side or on the front side. Its either too tall or too wide whether under aisle middle or window seats. Very disappointing. Next time I fly I will take photos to post.
